For me, yoga is a way of living—a philosophy that brings intention and meaning into each day. Practising daily has become a ritual I gift to myself, a sacred moment to return to my inner space with clarity and calm.
Through breath and mindful movement, we learn to observe the body and listen to the quiet voice within. I encourage my students to let yoga be their companion, guiding them gently onto a path of awareness and self-discovery.

I am passionate about helping students reconnect with their breath, using it as a powerful anchor to soften tension, calm emotions, and restore harmony to both body and mind.

Ice is a warm, grounding presence whose work blends sound, intuition, and gentle guidance. She creates calming, restorative spaces where people feel held, supported, and deeply listened to. With experience offering singing bowl sessions and guiding students in their own healing journeys, she brings a quiet confidence and a natural ability to connect.
Her approach is shaped by years of practice and by her training with European singing bowl master Hans de Back, along with other respected sound practitioners. She continues to explore how sound, the body, and the mind come together, crafting a practice rooted in softness, balance, and the power of being fully present.
