Guided by experienced experts, this program is designed to strengthen both body and spirit through a holistic mix of practices. Participants can experience the deep resonance of Sound Healing, connect with their inner rhythm through breathing-based work, and find balance in Peace and Calm Yoga. Floor Pilates builds physical strength and alignment, while Sport Recovery Stretching promotes flexibility and muscle restoration. Completing the journey, Energy Healing and Restorative Mindful Movement with Meditation nurture emotional balance and inner peace.
