Timing Guidance for Cold Plunge 


General Wellness & Mood Boost  — 30 seconds–2 minutes, 1–3 times weekly


Post‑Workout Recovery â€” 2–5 minutes (ideally at 8 –15°C, but shorten time at 3°C)

Adaptive Cold Exposure Training â€” Start with 30 seconds–1 minute at 3°C and gradually progress

Soreness After Intense Training â€” Short exposures at 3°C (30–90 seconds), followed by a warm shower

Metabolic ActivationShort, frequent dips â€” 30 seconds–3 minutes, depending on tolerance

*Always exit the plunge immediately if you feel numbness, dizziness, chest discomfort, or difficulty breathing
