Therapists and treatment rooms will be assigned based on the selected service and booking availability ;

For two-person bookings, we will prioritize arranging a double room. If separate rooms are required, please inform our Customer Service team at the time of booking ;

Requests for specific therapists or rooms are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate if possible ;

All treatments must be fully prepaid in advance ;

A booking is only confirmed once you have received the official confirmation message ;

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time, and the full fee of the original booking will still apply ;

For any changes or cancellations, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone ( Monday to Friday: at least 24 hours in advance,
Weekends & Public Holidays: at least 48 hours in advance ) Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show ; -
We allow a 15-minute grace period for holding your booking. If you do not arrive and fail to notify us, it will be treated as a no-show ;

We regret that we are currently unable to accept bookings from the following individuals :
Pregnant women, individuals with severe skin conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure, retinal detachment, severe neck/back injuries, serious injuries, critical illnesses, or those recovering from surgery. (If any condition is undisclosed at the time of booking, the client shall bear all responsibility) ; -
Please avoid heavy meals within 30 minutes before any class or treatment ;

Please inform us of any injuries or health concerns prior to your treatment ;

After the LED Sauna session, please ensure adequate hydration ;

For aromatherapy treatments, clients should verify information or consult a professional if needed. Individuals with allergies, sensitive skin, respiratory conditions, high or low blood pressure who choose to participate do so at their own risk. (Unscented organic jojoba oil is available for clients sensitive to essential oils) ;

All payments are non-refundable.
Inclement Weather Special Arrangement

Roku Ai Wellness Club shall remain open for business if Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3/ Red or Amber Rainstorm weather warnings are hoisted.

When the HK Observatory forecasts that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warning will be hoisted within 2 hours, clients who have arrived at Roku Ai Wellness Club or have commenced their treatments, these will be completed or re-booked depending on the remaining time and conditions. There are no refunds for pre-paid treatments.

To ensure the safety of our clients Roku Ai Wellness Club will be closed when the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted.

Any reservations affected will be cancelled and rescheduled as soon as possible after the resumption of normal operation.

When the HK Observatory announces that the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warning signal is lowered, Roku Ai Wellness Club will resume business 2 hours after the signal is lowered, and the corresponding reservations will not be affected.

Roku Ai Wellness Club will remain closed if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at or after 7:00 pm.
